My boss has classic rock cranked in his office, and I just caught myself sitting here digging it.
Posted at September 25, 2003 09:20 AMWelcome back my friends, to the show that never ends.
Posted by: mig at September 25, 2003 09:47 AMHow many times do you have to be subjected to an ELP album apparently set on "repeat" in an office environment before it can be used as a defense in a homicide trial?
Posted by: mig at September 25, 2003 01:09 PMI think that'd be "1 1/2."
I have new speakers in my car, which are superamazing and powerful and whatnot, but it's all bright and midrange-y. Not so great for the drum n bass. Really, really great, I've discovered, for Bon Scott era AC/DC. Happily I don't drive more than an hour or two per day, or I'd be logging abuses against myself.
(actually that's not true. the cd changer alternates: AC/DC, White Stripes, AC/DC, Iggy Pop, AC/DC, Ministry. But still.)
Not Ministry. The Gun Club http://www.trouserpress.com/entry_90s.php?a=gun_club . See, now that list makes so much more sense. Oh, and the AC/DC is High Voltage, Highway to Hell, and Let there be Raaawk.
