Preparedness

Tourist helicopters and limousines.
Every time I watch people eat, or shop for food, I wonder how secure the chain of food production, processing, packaging and delivery is.

(How secure is the chain of ...? How secure the chain is of...? Whatever.)

I mean, ever read Fight Club?

i'll tell you, it's not very secure. my friend got food poisoning from eating airline food. i didn't eat my food because it was 'experimental vegetarian' so i couldn't find the appetite, and now i am very very glad i didn't.

I've been skeptical of airline food ever since i peeled the saran wrap from my salad once and a gigantic centipede jumped out and said, "thank you for releasing me, master!" and offered to give me three wishes.
