good advice i never want to hear again

- forget him.
- give up. (me? hell, no!)
- eat 5 portions of vegetables and fruit a day; a handful of proteins and a handful of carbohydrates with every meal etc. etc.
- maybe you should hold it the other way around?
- why don't ya take a rest?
