i love my school, and the people at my school, for its/their weirdness. for example, there's this one boy who can do the rubik's cube with one hand... or undo it, or whatever it is. and when everyone's going, yeah, you're the best, he's like, oh, but i still can't do it with my left hand. so maybe that's not exactly weird for some, but at least it's not something you see every day... i guess the weirder stuff would be top secret... you can read it in the CIA files, if you manage to hack em.
so i really saw them! (and i heard them, too... my ears still hurt...) and they were so good... i mean, unlike the opening act they were musicians... and authentic. hey, they rock! who would've thought that of medieval music... and the show, boy. their costumes... hair, make-up... amazing! oh, and i loved the drums... (and, ok, the drummer with the long dyed hair... ) and the all had these huge tattoos and stuff...
you cannot rely on logic... i just had a three-hour latin test, and how should i know if it is better to translate the text to "but the father anchises looked at the souls which are trapped in the greening valley" or "but the father illuminated the souls..." or "he looked at his grand sons' flesh" or "he looked at his dearest grand sons" when these stupid words have so many different meanings, and nothing makes sense in latin, anyway, so you can't go by that...
there's this guy who plays cards with me every tuesday (and i kinda have a crush on him) and today he tells me, you shouldn't dress that sexy at school, and i'm like, wearing a freaking skirt, so what? and my black vampire boots, ok... but on the one hand he's like oh, so maybe i like you, but i don't have no time, and then... it just drives me nuts... and i don't care if it's normal for teenagers to have a fucking life... (ok, so my life really isn't fucking, but maybe that'S the problem, actually.) which reminds me of a green day song, i don't care if you don't care... and btw, corvus corax rocks too.
hm, somehow i was away a lot in summer and then school started and everything was so stressful again... you ever have the feeling your life gets eaten up? so i'll try to blog again, cause it is kinda fun... but what actually really got me back is that movie i watched yesterday, where this sixteen year old girl has a blog called girl on the move or something, and her single mom, her little sister and her have to move every time her mom gets dumped. nice movie. at least she gets the boy.
so i just thought about how blogging can be something like a home...
